Terms of Use
Version 1.1, base template. English translation of the Portuguese text (Termos de Uso). Have it reviewed by a lawyer before commercial launch and fill in the details of the responsible company.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or playing Mythverse (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your recovery code safe.
- An account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying or sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Anyone under 18 must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
- Usernames that are offensive, impersonate other people or infringe third-party rights may be changed or removed.
3. Conduct
It is prohibited to: use cheats, use automation that interferes with the server, exploit bugs, tamper with saves, attack the infrastructure, harass other players or break the law. Violations may result in removal from the ranking, suspension or termination of the account.
4. Virtual items, Gems and the Player Market
- Gold, crystals, keys, heroes and items are limited licenses for use inside the Game, with no monetary value outside it. They may only change owner through the official Player Market.
- Gems are prepaid credits held by the server (100 Gems = R$ 1.00), used only in the Player Market. They come in by deposit and may leave by withdrawal to a Pix key registered to the same holder as the account, less the fees shown on screen.
- The Market charges a fee on each sale, and withdrawals have their own fee. Amounts and limits are shown in the Wallet before any confirmation.
- Sales of items to other players take place between users; the Game only holds the item and the payment during the trade (escrow) and delivers both when it is completed.
- Amounts received from sales may be held for a security period before withdrawal, and withdrawals are subject to review. We may block, reverse or withhold operations that show signs of fraud, money laundering, use of multiple accounts, bug exploitation or price fixing, and report them to the authorities when the law requires it.
- Items obtained through bugs in the Game may be removed, including from those who bought them; in that case the amount paid is refunded in Gems.
- Deposits are governed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), including the right of withdrawal within 7 days for Gems that have not yet been used.
5. Availability
We seek to keep the service available and your progress saved with backups, but the Game is provided "as is" and may undergo maintenance, balance changes and updates.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, its characters, worlds, texts and art are original works of Mythverse or are used under license. Any resemblance to characters from other works is a coincidence or a genre homage, with no connection to their respective rights holders.
Infringement notice: if you are a rights holder and believe that any content in the Game infringes your work, send a notice to [company's legal e-mail] identifying the work, the content and your contact details. We review every notice within 5 business days and remove or replace the content when the claim is well founded.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time under Profile → Account → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
